Thumbs Down
To the “speed bump” on south bound Cockrell Hill Road which goes from the curb to the center lane in front of the Red Lobster just before the intersection of Cockrell Hill & San Juan Drive. This “bump” was created when work was performed on the street. With all the road work going on in Duncanville surely this could be reworked and save our tires, shocks drivers and passengers.

Thumbs Up to Local Businesses...
The Duncanville Fieldhouse this past weekend hosted the Dallas Junior Wheelchair Mavericks Home Tournament for youth wheelchair basketball. Elaine Parham, an event organizer with the Dallas Junior Mavericks said the Fieldhouse was the perfect location for the tournament.
With 8 teams participating in the tournament from as far away as Denver, Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Houston, Parham noted that the additional space was just what their growing, competitive tournament needed.
